In all such instances any references in the User Agreement to the “Company” shall be read as a reference to VDSL (International) Limited. If you have already registered an account from Canada prior to July, 1 2021, the User Agreement is hereby assigned and transferred from the former service provider to VDSL (International) Limited. If you register an account from Canada, the contracting party with respect to the User Agreement shall be VDSL (International) Limited (a company incorporated under the laws of Gibraltar and operates under the auspices of a Gibraltar gaming license).
